Bringing Pop Culture to Life - One Dragon at a Time
Ever since I was a child, I’ve been endlessly fascinated by the beauty and glamour of old Hollywood. My Noni was a huge movie fan and passed down her love for the classics, introducing me to legends like Bette Davis, Joan Crawford, Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor, James Dean, and so many more. But this series isn’t just about Hollywood’s golden age—it also celebrates modern icons who continue to captivate audiences today. This is an ongoing collection, and I’m excited to keep adding more stars, both past and present, to honor the enduring magic of cinema.
The past never lets go, and neither does she.
This Whatever Happened to Baby Jane? tribute brings the twisted world of the Hudson sisters to life. Blanche Hudson sits helpless in her wheelchair, forever at the mercy of her sister’s cruelty. Meanwhile, Baby Jane Hudson clutches her doll and sings "I've Written a Letter to Daddy," lost in the delusion of her faded stardom. At the piano, the opportunistic Edwin Flagg plays along, his presence only fueling Jane’s unraveling mind. Framed by a grand Hollywood backdrop, this scene is a haunting reflection of fame, jealousy, and the horrors of being forgotten.
