Second only to slashers, the zombie genre has always been my all-time favorite form of horror. Growing up on the films of George Romero, it’s no surprise that my love for the undead runs deep. His groundbreaking work didn’t just introduce audiences to flesh-hungry ghouls—it redefined horror, weaving in social commentary and unforgettable moments of terror. Naturally, I had to embrace zombies in my art. From the slow, shambling nightmares of classic horror to the fast-moving terrors of modern films, and even the apocalyptic drama of The Walking Dead, I wanted to capture it all. Whether they’re terrifying, tragic, or even a little comical, zombies have an undeniable presence in horror, and this series is my tribute to their relentless, undying legacy.
The graveyards don’t stay quiet when Trioxin-245 seeps through the earth, and this dragonized Tarman is proof of that. Oozing with decay, drenched in glowing sludge, and desperate for brains, this reanimated horror pays tribute to one of the most iconic zombies in cinema history. The rusted drum, leaking its deadly contents, serves as a grim reminder that some things should never be disturbed.
